This Terms of Service agreement is between you and JJM Advertising Ltd (trading as We Outreach) regarding products and services at https://weoutreach.com.

1. Your Acceptance

By visiting or using the We Outreach website or services (the "Service"), you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy at weoutreach.com/privacy-policy, and any other posted policies. We Outreach reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You should periodically review the current version.

We Outreach provides website backlinks for search engine optimization (SEO) purposes. The company is authorized to use specified URLs and keywords for site ranking improvement. Services come with no success guarantee. All numbers, figures, and claims are estimates and speculations. Link placement is guaranteed for up to 365 days from original placement.

The Service may contain third-party website links. We Outreach has no control over third-party content, privacy policies, or practices and assumes no responsibility for them.

3. We Outreach Accounts

Although We Outreach will not be liable for losses from unauthorized account use, you may be liable for We Outreach's or others' losses from such unauthorized use.

4. General Use of Service — Permissions and Restrictions

We Outreach grants access to the Service under these conditions:

• You must be at least 13 years old
• We Outreach does not endorse opinions on linked sites
• SEO link indexing, ranking or rise in SERPs are NOT guaranteed under ANY condition
• You are responsible for site changes conflicting with ordered services
• We Outreach is not responsible for SEO theories like sandboxing or de-indexing
• In no event will We Outreach be liable for any loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with any use of this Service
• Reports are not guaranteed to be completely accurate
• Do not contact partner site webmasters
• Do not disable security features or interfere with content restrictions
• Do not use automated systems accessing the Service excessively
• Comply with all applicable laws
• We Outreach reserves right to discontinue any service aspect

5. Your Use of Services

We Outreach owns or licenses all Content, including trademarks and logos. All marks are exclusively We Outreach's property. Content is provided "AS IS" for personal use only. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit content without written consent.

6. Your Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for your published content. You affirm owning necessary licenses and rights for submitted content.

By submitting content, you grant We Outreach a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and publicly perform the Content in connection with the Service and business.

7. Account Termination Policy

We Outreach reserves the right to remove content violating these terms and terminate accounts without prior notice.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. We Outreach and its officers, directors, employees, and agents DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

We Outreach makes no warranties about accuracy or completeness and assumes no liability for errors, personal injury, property damage, unauthorized access, transmission interruptions, bugs, viruses, or content loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL We Outreach, its officers, directors, employees, or agents BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES from errors, personal injury, property damage, unauthorized access, transmission interruptions, bugs, viruses, or content use.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless We Outreach, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and attorney's fees arising from: your Service use; your term violations; your violation of third-party rights; or claims that your content damaged third parties. This obligation survives the agreement.

11. Ability to Accept Terms of Service

You affirm being over 18 (or an emancipated minor with parental consent) and fully able to enter these terms. At minimum, you must be over 13.

12. Assignment

These terms may not be transferred by you but may be assigned by We Outreach without restriction.

13. General

The Service is deemed based in Dublin, Ireland. These terms are governed by Dublin, Ireland's internal substantive laws without regard to conflict principles. Claims must be decided exclusively by courts in Dublin, Ireland.

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and other legal notices constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions stay in full effect.

YOU AND We Outreach AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
